This spacious living area also includes a large SMART TV, and the comfortable sofa and chair afford great views across the garden. The large French doors open out onto a secure, private terrace with comfortable garden seating.
Elsewhere, the individually designed apartment has a king-size bedroom with quality bedding on a sprung mattress, whilst the wardrobe includes a full-length mirror. The spacious en-suite shower room has level access throughout and conveniently placed grab rails. The heated towel rail holds large fluffy towels and there is ample surface and cupboard space for your belongings. Complimentary toiletries are included.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, sink and additional WC.
Your comfort is ensured with underfloor heating throughout and free, unlimited superfast WiFi too. In addition, we supply a complimentary selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and biscuits, whilst there is fresh milk in the fridge as well.
Merebank has been designed to be inclusive for wheelchair users as all the external doors have level access and the en-suite wet room and passageways allow for a full turning circle. Assistance dogs are welcomed to Merebank where they have a secure outdoor area, separate to the terrace, and a bowl, towel and dog throw are provided for them. Please note that dogs must not be left unattended at Merebank at any time. The Boathouse accepts dogs and is also fully accessible.
Merebank can be connected to The Shippon, making a two to three bed apartment.
